The vets you have gone to apparently are not any good. They should NOT have sent home such a sick dog. Your dog should have been kept in the hospital. I would go to an emergency pet hospital immediately.

Mmm, the obvious answer is to take hime to a vet, but to no avail from past experience, I see. How old is he?
If it were a poisonous snake/lizard, he'd be dead by now. I'm thinking it's possibly a spider or insect (if it was a bite).
On the other hand, if it happened before and it has repeated itself, maybe it's something he's ingested/eaten (...this is my take on it). How close is his access to anti-freeze? They like lapping it up because it's sweet to the taste, but it'll kill them. things like that often cause what you're describing. Maybe something in the yard that he's chewing on?... poison ivy?
Whatever it is, and if he's recovered from the SAME thing before, he probably will again... immune system will take care of it if able. Have hope and comfort him! Stick a thermometer up his butt and see what his temperature is!
Bottom line is to take him to the vet you trust the most and can do the most for him.
Hope this helps.

Losing your pet is so hard. The only way to know how they died is to have the vet evaluate their bodies after death. May this have taught you a lesson about having an emergency fund set aside for unexpected vet expenses. Unfortunately pets never take into consideration our financial situation when they start feeling unwell. Perhaps if you had had the money required for vet care, you wouldn't have lost both your pets from an unknown ailment. Vets save lives.

We can't help you.You need to take the dog to the vet ,NOW! It could be parvo,or he could have gotten into rat poison, which causes hemorrhaging.Or,it could be cancer. If the dog can't keep anything down, and is bleeding,it won't last long without a vet's intervention.

Sounds like poisoning to me. Could be a snake or he could have gotten into some kind of poison.
Take him to the emergency vet now.

Take him to a GOOD vet. Some vets are morons and can't tell a poodle from a Bichon Frise. If there are any well known animal hospitals around take him there.

I suggest you to take him to the emergency room, right now.
Don't give out hope.Like you said something might have bit him.Or maybe his food had poison or so.Try to take him to a 24 hour vet emergency. They'll know what to do.I know telling you this throught the internet won't help much but trust me,take him to the emergency 24 hour vet and they will know what to do from there.
Good luck!Bye,
David.

He probably has a cancer in the digestive track somewhere. Did they do scans to check his colon?
I'm sorry. I would consider having him painlessly put to sleep if the vets don't seem to be able to help. You don't want him to suffer.
