It really doesn't matter how much you train everyday, if you eat more calories than you burn you will not lose weight. Track what and how much you eat. It takes 3500 calories to lose 1 pound. Take a small notebook and enter everything you eat and drink everyday. Add it up and see exactly what you are consuming.

First, remember that muscle weighs more than fat! You didn't specify very much in regard to weights except sets and reps. Second, it sounds like you workout a lot. Maybe your body is at a happy weight?? Do you think you would feel better 15 lbs less or do you just want to lose 15 pounds. Having a variety in your workout is healthy and will keep it from getting boring. Reevaluate how many calories you are actually getting in a day. To lose weight you need to burn more calories than you consume (make sure you are doing this in a healthy manner skipping meals should not be an option). Some people who work out think they are eating the same or better when actually they are eating a little more and end up consuming more calories than they burn. You say your eating habits are good but do you pay attention to portion size? Check out this website it caters more to obesity but is still helpful...

Really you don't have a bad plan at all. Maybe I'd just recommend a few minor alterations:

Keep your same regimen on Mon & Wed. 30 minute run and weights.

Up your exercise time to an hour on the other days, running what you can and then walking to complete the hour. The reason for this is that the body burns muscle sugar (glycogen) for the first half hour, only after a half hour does it begin to burn fat.

Eat fruits & vegetables.
No alcohol
no burgers
No candy
No chips
no fried foods
No pasta
No pizza
No sodas
No sugar

Good Luck

I can't really add to the two comments above, they've pretty much nailed it. Keep in mind that a slow weight loss is better, so even if it is coming off slowly that is probably better.

If you are consuming less than you burn and you are working out as you say, you'll end up at the weight your body is supposed to be at. We don't all fit the "charts" published by the medical field. My ideal BMI would but me at 154 lbs. That would be way to unhealthy for me. Eat right, excerise, and don't worry about it.

Good Luck.
