Obviously none of the answerers are Italian. After a nice ITALIAN meal, there is only ONE thing that REAL italians have. Esspresso and Sambuca. Maybe a little biscotti on the side. THATS IT!!! Have you ever been to a REAL Italian restaurant? If you don't order this, they snicker, and shake their heads. (not in front of you of course!) Trust me.

i think she'd prefer a cannolli with two spoons to share with you. i'd order a glass of wine with dinner . it will be better for both you to have a drink that is eaten with food and more time before you get into a car. spending time talking after dinner and enjoying a few bites together of a canolli or a supomoni ice cream would help make sure neither of you are too tipsy from the wine. if you aren't used to drinking it can impact your judgement. always be safe. if you do decide to drink after dinner / think of a cab home. if you splurge for a cab / enjoy two drinks :-)

I would suggest a nice Sex On The Beach

Sex On The Beach Is Sweet
- vodka
- peach scnapps
- orange juice
- grnadine (optional)

This is a very sweet drink , and its very pleasant tasting plus the name makes for a great conversation starter !

Good Luck !

I'm a bartender... so I'm an expert. :)

Grand Marnier straight up or on the rocks. (smooth)
Bailey's on the rocks
Chocolate Martini (alot of women drink these)
Amaretto on the rocks- It's sweet so or has a carmel like taste to it.

Try a Raspberry or Cherry Lambic paired with just about anything chocolate.

A nice quality muscat or sherry - they are fortified desert wines that you sip from tiny glasses.

Port with Chocolate (wink)

Essensia with a Fruit Tart

If you want to make her a cake with stout (ginger-stout cake) you can serve the stout with it. That would be very nice.

Frangelico, with a cup of espresso and tiramisu can't get much better than that. (frangelico and coffee are separate not mixed)
