I think they will both get a penalty but if Juan gets one I think Rusty "Juan is god" Wallace will collapse on the floor.

Harvick wont be suspended and Harvick will not get penalized but Montoya definitely will. He pushed Harvick numerous times I lost count at like 4 or 5 then pushed an official right when the official got inbetween him and Harvick. Then Montoya punched the official in the back when he was trying to throw a punch at Harvick. Then Burton tried to like break it up and I'm surprised he didnt get into it, but I liked when Harvick said he felt like kicking his butt, as that was just hilarious, and I dont think he said something about his family like Jimmy Spencer made a comment about I dont think he would say something like that.

Both will be penalized. I'm not sure about Harvick being suspended. If you watch the footage, every time Montoya tried to swing at him, Harvick grabbed his arms to PREVENT it from happening. I only saw Harvick grab Montoya's helmet once. Yes, Harvick said he was going to kick Montoya's a**, but there is a difference between verbalizing it and actually doing it.

If Nascar is going to penalize them, then they both should get it. Montoya for putting his hands on Harvick, and Harvick for saying the A word. I'm just glad my man Jeff Burton stayed cool and calm about it all.

I think both will be because they both got out of their cars in the middle of the track and went after each other. My personal opinion is Harvick should get the higher penalty because he blocked Montoya and I am sure that Nascar will look at some of the things he said in interview.

It should work like local track pit rules, Harvick left his car and went over to his competitors car and got in his face so he was in the wrong. Whatever happen after that doesn't matter, if Harvick stayed away none of it would have happend, but that's just my opinion.

Penalized for what!? They didn't do anything but make themselves look like a couple of weenies. Harvick should've stayed in his race car. Montoya should realize that grabbing Harvicks helmet made him look like a sissy.

They both will probably get penalized, if not they might just get probation, but Harvick has had a penalty before...it will be interesting on tuesday which is now know as the big penalty day...

I hope Juan Pablo Montoya uses his Colombian connections and has a drug cartel hit man shoot Harvick in the head. Harvick shouln't have opened his big ***king mouth until he knew the facts, that Montoya was rammed by Martin Truex, Jr.
Harvick is an asshole.

I think both will be fined and both should be. They both put there hands on each other. As for suspending Harvick i certainly hope not. If they suspend Harvick i would hope they suspend JPM also preferably indefinately.

I'm sure Harvick will get penalized for saying azz. But I don't think either drivers will be suspended. I vividly remember Gordon shoving Kenseth and no one was suspended.
