I would certainly ask her about it...sounds like she is deliberately trying to upset you.

No comments... I guess any of us know, deep inside, would know the reason why we don't get one; sending a letter just for the sake of sending it has no point at all; however, if "I" really didn't know the reason why, I would ask (and certainly apologize, 'cause it's clear that I've done sth wrong to this person in the past)

Do you ever get your hands on the update or hear about its contents? If you were privy to that information and you were talking to your sibling, maybe mention something that you found out in the update. Don't shy away from telling him/her where you got your information, either.
I would be pissed off and hurt if I was in your position.

I'd sent them my own news letters and write the most ridiculous things. I'd write things that would have them in a total state of confusion. Things like....and then she said no and he was like...you mean yes and she nodded and said no and then he went outside and that's when the cops showed up and arrested the other guy and then when the dog jumped up and caught him in the balls he sounded just like a yipping dog and it was awesome!

well first of all, are you and your sibling upset at each other? if not then yea, of course ask why your not getting one. just causally bring it up. "hey, about those monthly updates..how come you dont send me any?"

I would feel hurt and left out but I never would say anything. If she wants to be that way, then I would just stay out of her way.
