what creme makes scars disappear?

i have a scar in my knee and i was wondering if i could make it disappear or look more unnoticeable....please help

There are no products on the market that will make a scar disappear. There are many available in stores that might make the scar less noticeable (mederma, scar zone, neosporin scar solution, etc.) but they work best on scars that are fairly new. Your best results would be achieved by seeing a dermatologist. A dermatologist can base treatment on the scar, how old it is and your skin factors. Please see a dermatologist!
