Keep getting plenty of exercise. A good time to exercise is before breakfast, as it boosts your metabolism for most of the day. By jogging 20-30 minutes a day, 3 or 4 times a week before breakfast, I lost about 30lbs in three months.

Just eat balanced and healthy.

DO NOT EVER eat less than about 1500 cals a day. And don't starve yourself. This won't help you lose weight, because your metabolism will slow down, meaning you won't burn much energy and you certainly won't lose weight. Because you're not using much energy, you'll feel like **** and won't have any concentration or attention span.

Again. Eat healthy. Exercise regularly. Reward yourself every now and again: "When I lose another 5 pounds I'll buy myself a nice new pair of flattering jeans".

Hi! I'm assuming because you have mentioned school that your are under 18? First and foremost check with your gp - they can run blood tests etc for thyroid etc., then consult a naturopath for an allergy and intolerance test...I had one for about $60 and it showed all the foods I was intolerant to (100% aaccurate) so I could adjust my diet to stop the weight gain. Bread, yellow cheese and sugary foods incl soft drink are an issue with weight gain. Last of all, if you are under 18 - check with a parent or guardian and access a good balanced program to retrain your metabolism and digestive tract. I use the 28 day diet and detox - its easy and the results are great - I lost 8 kgs in a month a year after my 2nd child on this program -its not complicated and very healthy. I may use it again before Spring comes in to lose a further 4kgs I need to lose! Its at

Good luck and aim to lose it at no more than 2kgs a week OK?

i was 5'5 1/2" and weighed 187#. i'm now 140# and here's what i did and still do:

1. two vegan meals a day
2. 90 minutes walking a day everyday
3. enlisted supernatural help to make up the difference on my efforts

the results were so remarkable, i ended up publishing a book detailing this plan. check it out at: www.tpbooks.biz and look for "the daniel diet:preface to prophecy" if you're interested. good luck with that. ps. if you are taking any medications, herbs, etc. double check to assure they are not contributing to your weight concerns.

Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy.

It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.

Details such as my experience, meals, recipes, foods to buy, reading labels, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog.

Try to eat smaller portions, don't drink any sodas, only water and maybe milk. Also make sure it's healthy AND NO SNACKS unless they are healthy (fruit, walnuts, etc.).

Cardiovascular Exercise is the best, power walking, running, bikinig, swimming, and then also do some other exercises like one of them Ball exercises. You also need to drink a lot of water because it boosts your metabolism.

To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.
