Have many pictures of themselves?
I've been shooting sice '67 and can count the number of photo's of me on two hands and toes.

No, I really don't have very many. I'm much more comfortable behind a camera than in front of one. When my husband takes a picture of me, I wait with my smile, while he tinkers with the camera. By the time he gets the picture, I'm getting impatient, and yelling "Take it already!!!" and I have a nasty look on my face.

Not many, the pics that have been made of me, someone usually takes them when I have my camera up and taking pics myself and I was unaware of being photographed.
Usually when camera is down I pay close attention to surrounding and usually block my face before someone can get a frame off.

Years & years ago when I was taking classes in photography in college, I took a whole series of pics of me in the mirror with my camera. With and without flash, dressed up, in my tee-shirt, etc. For the class we had to do projects, groups of pics that were related, and this was one of my projects.
But normally I don't like to see pictures of myself. It's funny how painters often do self-portraits but photographers almost never.

i am the same way i have thousand pictures of every one i went to school with as well as all my relatives, i was looking for some good photos of myself the other day and there are barley any anywhere good or bad. all those family photos i was the one holding the camera.

I have way more pics of other people, but I do have a tendancy to ask for someone to take my picture.
Especially on vacation, I will have my husband take
my pic in front of different things of interest. .

I have a few. Usually on vacation I ask someone to take a snap of my husband and me.
My grandchildren take my picture once in a while. Hopefully they'll be glad to have them one day.

no I don't .its weird. I just started with photography about a year ago and i have like one photo of myself. and what's even stranger is the fact that whenever I take a photo of myself , something happens and it doesn't come out.

I am only answering this question because; I asked a question about putting 5 sitcoms in order of best to worst. This moron, Ringer, answered and said, "Sorry, never cared for any of them". Then came back and voted his answer best, when I was traveling. Get a life you LOSER!

I tend 2 take a lot of pix of my bf,animals,flowers,beautiful sun-sets&stuff like that.
