So for the past 2 days, everytime she goes out to go to the bathroom (#2), she'll squat for about 5-10 minutes, and barely anything will come out. She will come back inside and we will have to clean her bottom off because she doesnt finish pushing it out. She is a 1yr-old Malti-poo. Its like she forgot how to poop or finish pooping. She is eating less too! She has very little energy and doesnt want to play. What could be wrong with her?

(and she's not very hairy, so it's not sticking to her because of that... but she is continually "leaking" her bowels and not going to the bathroom correctly anymore. Anyone know why?????????

Thanks

yeah she needs to see a vet. she has diaherrea and that's why she's leaking and going outside and you may not think anything is coming out but it's probably more like pure water. she's not eating because she doesn't feel good. make sure she stays hydrated by offering her pedialyte and get her to the vet first thing.

Does sound likely that it could be a bowel obstruction or pelvic problems, any chance someone kicked her or she got hit by a car? Get her to a vet immedialtely if she hasn't had a proper bowel movement in two days then x-rays and enemas would be the first diagnostic tools to give you an idea of what is going on. Also when was she last wormed?

Sounds like she has some sort of a virus, or has eatin something she shouldn't have. I would take her in to see a vet asap.. She is probably dehydrated. Good luck!

I would imagine it could be several things. Obviously that is not normal.. But she needs to see a vet asap..so spend the bucks and get her checked out and good luck.

VET NOW could be anumber of things but if it's like a blockage you don't want to wait it could kill her and she could be dehydrated and it doesn't take much for teh little dogs to get really sick and die from dehydration.

It sounds to me like she has a blockage in her bowels. She should be x-rayed to make sure and treated as soon as possible. She will become toxic if she can't eliminate.

You have a sick dog here, get her to a vet now or risk losing her.
