Natural? Do you mean without medicated products? The most natural method I know of is to wash your face 3 times a day with white Ivory bar soap, Neutrogena and Pears are almost as pure. Use Witch Hazel as an astringent. Keep the bottle in the fridge between used for a refreshing feeling. If you use a facecloth, make sure to use a clean one each time you wash. You can make an exfoliating scrub by adding uncooked oatmeal to the soap lather. You can also use baking soda to make a scrub.

Lemons have a variety of natural beauty benefits for the skin. Use lemon juice on your face to clean and exfoliate. Soothe a poison ivy rash and itching by applying lemon juice to the affected areas. Remove unwanted warts by applying lemon juice with a cotton swab to the wart for several days. Soften dry elbows by applying a mixture of lemon juice and baking soda to the elbows for several days.
If you are in the mood for eggs, don't scramble them. Instead use the egg for a soothing facial mask. Beat the egg and add a touch of honey or lemon juice if desired, and apply to your face for about 30 minutes and then rinse. Your face will feel fresh.
Tetrasil is also an all natural acne treatment the website is below:

I too have sensitive skin. First you have to look at the makeup your wearing. I use Neutrogena. They have acne makeup that helps clear as you look good. I use that. Also you have to use a soap or cleanser that is for sensitive skin. I use Dove for sensitive skin and its great. i also use a washcloth to wash off makeup..this way you are getting it all off. Once a week exfoliate your skin to get all the dead skin off, that clogs pores also and causes acne. Once a month steam your face..just bring a small pot of water to a boil and place a towel over your head and steam the face for about 2-3 min.
If you do this you should really see a difference in a month. Plus one last thing..look at your diet. Sugar drinks casue acne too. Be careful what you put in your body and drink plenty of water.
Good Luck!!

Hey, try this. Bowl of hot water. I mean BOILING hot water. Place a towel over your head and bowl. As you start sweating, resist the urge to place your head in front of a fan. Now, after about two minutes of sweating, go to a sink, and wash your face off with some soap. Well mild soap. Then wipe your face off. If that doesn't help, keep checking your answers. Lots of luck.

I get pimples too. I use my hands to wash my face. Since towels usually have some dirt on them from before, I don't use them. But first, I wash my hands with soap so none of the dirt on my hand goes on my face. Or you can just use hand sanatizer. My friend told me that using some soap with water helps because the soap removes dirt better then water by itself. After you're done, use a paper towel to just pat your face dry (don't rub it) Just wash your hair often and keep it out of your face. Don't touch it with your fingers because it carries a lot of bacteria. Hope this helps!

Scrub in the shower Clean&Clear Morning Burst. (Or the Night Sooth or whatever...)
Use an acne medication (Proactiv, Clean&Clear... etc.)
Good luck!

I think the natural way is to go to a river bank, grab some wet sand from the river bottom and rub it into your face.
If you want to actually get your skin clean, a washcloth with hot water and soap to clean and then rinse with cold water.
