There's a distinct difference between sacrifice and murder.
The prophecies regarding the crucifixion were made hundreds of years prior to it happening. God knew the hearts of His executioners before they were conceived, and that Satan would have them prepped for an illegal trial by the time Christ came.
Going by your reasoning, I'm also guessing you don't know the true, biblical definition of love. Not judging, just observing.

He gave His son because He loved us. He allowed Jesus Christ to die on the cross because that was the only way for us to have any chance of joining Him in heaven. What must frustrate God is not that mankind killed His son, but that mankind seems to ignore God's gift of love to all of us. We get so wrapped up in ourselves that we ignore God.
