I recently had to take my PC to the Geek Squad because it had like 7 virus'! I used to be able to just save all images as JPG format...I'd right click on the picture, click "refresh page (full quality)" and then save pic as JPG.
but now after having my pc serviced (they had to erase EVERYTHING and reinstall windows for me) I can only save pics as BNP or ART. I don't even have the "refresh page(full quality) option anymore >(
How can I start saving pictures as JPF?!?!?!?!?!?

i would suggest you go to download.com and look for a free software like photoshop

have you tried going to "save as" and dropping down the second drop down bar, they'll have a whole bunch of options like JPG, JPEG, GAP etc.?
