Cause there are lot of awesome women wearing less up there casue of summertime and I can't stop staring and wanting to squeeze them soft juicey boobs! I know i can't but am I allowed to complemnent them on how good their boobs look. For example can guys say "Hi, wow you have great breasts. Would that be rude and pervert type? Would women like their boobs complemented on by a stanger? Or would I get my a** kicked and have my health be in jeapordy, lol.

Are you serious? Most women I know would not appreciate this from a stranger or friend because it reveals exactly what the guy is looking at. Women appreciate that men notice the non-superficial things about them, so think about complimenting a woman on her smile, voice, etc. To let a woman know that she's got great breasts means that you're looking at her like she's a piece of meat.

Women with morals do not like it at all, its offensive, telling someone that an outfit looks good on them however would be a safer option for you otherwise you might have a red cheek.

Your suppose to notice but not say anything. It's like saying to a stranger:
