It is not "healthy" for her to eat her own feces (and not good at all if she eats other animal feces- she could get parasites). Although, it is not "bad" for her to do, I still would not allow her to do this. Most dogs partake in the same behavior (poopsicles, as we call it at the vet) and it really wont do anything but give her diarrhea occasionally. I recommend you try your best to pick up after her. I would not allow my dogs to have an all you can eat fest on their poop. I like poop-free kisses!!!!!
P.S. It has NOTHING to do with lacking nutrients... that is a myth, rest assured :)

While disgusting it probably won't hurt her to eat her own poop. It would be a problem though if she eats another dog's poop because she could pick up parasites. My dog got giardia that way and it was no fun. So, it is probably not the best behavior to encourage. I don't know what you are feeding her, but you might consider changing to a higher quality diet and see if that makes a difference. She might be eating because of a lack of nutrients...or she might just be a poop eater. Many dogs just do this behaviorally.

It's better if you maybe go to the vet since some dogs can contract parasites from eating their own feces or another dogs.To make sure she's alright you might rather want to ask a vet.

No they can get worms. There is a product called Forbid that you can sprinkle in their food that makes the poop non-appealing to them. However it doesn't keep them from eating other dogs' poop.

What isn't healthy is the reason for it.
She's not properly digesting her food, so it still smells like food.
Change to a better quality of food or she's going to have some serious health issues later on.
