Last August I had a stupid idea.

I wanted to try a career in the adult entertainment industry. I was able to find this girl who was 20 at the time, who went to my old college to be my first model for a video shoot.

During our first video shoot we both were nervous at what we were doing so we only did the following for her first video.

1. did a strip tease, and took a shower, while I video tapped, and took photos of her.
2. During the video we both did kiss, and she did let me suck on, and play with her breast.

We were both going to do a full x-rated video like the one's on the interenet, but both of our morals got in the way, so we didn't do it.

Would a police department have a problem with this, would a police department have a problem with this if I were a recruit?

I know this may sound stupid, but this did happen I've been kind of worried, about it because I have to do a polygraph. I just wanted to know if I should come right out, say I tried did this once.

After I watched the video of us together, Two months later I did feel bad about what I had done, so I deleted all the pictures, and erased the the video.

I was thinking about selling the photos seprate, and and strip tease, but I just got reid of everything.

Me and that college don't talk anymore.

burn the video, as long as the video hasn't been distributed or sold to a company it can be considered private (as in something between you and her). everyone has made a private video or will at some point or another it's not the smartest thing I've ever done but I made sure the only copy was destroyed. if the video was sold get a hold of the distributor and see about purchasing the video and the rights that way it can't be shared with the world. And if your asked by the police dept. tell them you made a private video, your positive there was how ever many copies and you destroyed them personally. important thing to include is you were both consenting adults and no money was involved.

No, I don't think it is illegal because it was consensual and she was of age. Some departments might have a problem because it could be embarrasing if the video (or knowledge of it) were to become public. It could conceivably hurt your credibility to testify in court (a good lawyer would have fun with this). Do you still have a relationship with this woman? (I hope you are good terms.)

Having said that, we all (police chiefs, mayor and board members) have done stuff we should not have. It would probably be overlooked as a victimless, harmless incident due to lack of maturity.

What you do on your own time is your business. Just erase that video now so that it never gets out or anything like that.

If anything, a police department would probably be encouraged that your morals made you stop short of doing more.

If the stripper is a teenage minor or a prostitute, then yes, you could be in trouble with the police over this. If she's neither of the above, then it's not illegal, but I would be wary of your wife/girlfriend/fiancee if she ever found out. Good thing you got rid of all that stuff.

It is kind of like hiring a hooker, but I can not think of any questions they would ask you about it. If they do you should be completlry honest. It looks way better to be honest and admit it was wrong than to lie and get caught.

As long as you changed your names on the film, and kept your fledgeling career to yourself, it should be OK.

Destroy all copies of the film, and don't list that girl as a reference, whatever you do.

It's not illegal if she was over 18. If it comes up, I wouldn't tell them you wanted to make a living as a pornographer. Making a dirty home movie of a girlfriend is no big deal, making a dirty movie for profit is gonna DQ you.
