slap it all together with onion soup mix..egg...bread crumbs
toss in loaf pan...cook long time
add some mashed potatoes..peas
there ya go
or just make hamburgers
or fry it up...and toss it in with spaghetti sauce...

1.) Make hamburger patties - Prep and cook time: 14 min.
2.) Hamburger Helper - Prep and cook time: 15 min.
3.) Cowboy stew - Carrots, Potatoes, Celery, salt and pepper, browned hamburger meat - Boil contents in pot for 20 to 30 min. Serve.
4.) Tacos - Brown hamburger meat, add taco seasoning, shred lettuce and cheese and or tomatoes (your choice) place meat and fillings inside taco shell enjoy. Prep time 15 to 20 min.

QUICK AND EASY HAMBURGER CASSEROLE
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. cooked rice
2 cans tomatoes, chopped
1/2 tsp. oregano
Bell pepper (optional)
1/2 to 1 c. grated cheese
Brown ground beef with onion, oregano, salt and pepper. Drain meat. Mix well in large bowl - beef, rice, tomatoes and part of the cheese. Put in large casserole dish, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Heat in oven until bubbly at 350 degrees.

Meat Patties.
500g (1lb) lean mince.
1 onion grated.
1 potato grated.
1 carrot grated.
1 egg beaten.
¼ Cup sultanas.
¼ Cup of fresh bread crumbs.
2T tomato sauce.
Olive oil.
(I)
Mix together all of the ingredients and shape into 6 even sized patties.
(II)
Heat a little oil in a fry pan and cook the patties in batches if necessary, over medium heat for about 5 minutes each side.

Saute meat in pan coated generously with salt and pepper. Drain well on paper towels.
Toss meat with linguine cooked al dente along with sliced black olives, walnuts, olive oil and fresh garlic, minced.
Serve with sliced tomatoes topped with fresh basil finely chopped, salt and pepper.
