As a man i dont see why a womans looks or clothing choices or religious reasons for their dressing should affect how i talk to her. Theres no reason why a woman who is covered from head to toe so you cant see anything should recieve less attention than a woman whos wearing close to nothing. A womans true beauty is in their personality and that is what matters, not the outside appearance, although if they look good on the outside you are more likely to be willing to talk with them but still the personality is what matters, Head-wear or not.
