Weingarten in Württemberg, in the District of Ravensburg, in the valley of the Schussen River.

It's an old expression for "vineyard", nowadays mostly "Weinberg"

Alternatively somebody might use the expression for an outside part of a pub, but that's mostly called "Biergarten"
