It has to do with free will people choose to hurt children, not God. The Bible says anyone who hurts a child would have been better off not being born.

From what I've read here, obviously atheists are the major contributors. When these evils occur, do you think God is blind or can't intervene? Do you think God would make precious children and send them to us to be abused? I really wish He'd react as He once did with sinners, but if He did, this world would be full of dead bodies. No atheist would understand me, but don't think those who ruin the lives of innocent children ever go scot-free(sure, the few that're caught are sent to jail, but they're ALWAYS let out for 'parole', only to attack again.) I don't see why anyone should say God is on the wrong end- shouldn't we review ourselves and ask WHY anyone should feel the insane urge to have sex with a child or something? There are mature people around the world in search of attention and relationships. Why don't these abusers seek out people their age? What is attractive in a little boy or girl? In short, the human's free will drives them to evil, not God, and if He controlled our will, (which He can do if He so wishes), then what would be the point of convincing us to believe and love Him?

I believe in God but I do not believe that He chooses our individual destinies. We are solely responsible for what we do and how we do it, based on our families, our friends and everyone with whom we associate.
God doesn't make people either good or bad. He merely created us in His own image. The rest is up to us. He lets us live our lives the way we want to. Whether that is good or bad towards the rest of society. We will all be judged in Heaven.
Sorry, I'm not really terribly religious, but I do have beliefs - as we all do. It's important that we do not ridicule the beliefs of others. There is no right or wrong answers. Only different ones.
Thank you for reading this!

--YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT!
--The false concept of destiny or planned fate , predestination has nothing to do with the God of the Bible!
--Please note where most everything that happens comes about by choices we might make & circumstances:
(Ecclesiastes 9:11) “. . .I returned to see under the sun that the swift do not have the race, nor the mighty ones the battle, nor do the wise also have the food, nor do the understanding ones also have the riches, nor do even those having knowledge have the favor; because time and unforeseen occurrence befall them all.”
--GOD SERIOUSLY reprimanded the Israelites for turning to the gods of the nations for their reliance on luck & destiny:
(Isaiah 65:11-12) “. . .“But YOU men are those leaving Jehovah, those forgetting my holy mountain, those setting in order a table for the god of Good Luck and those filling up mixed wine for the god of Destiny. 12 And I will destine YOU men to the sword, and YOU will all of YOU bow down to being slaughtered; for the reason that I called, but YOU did not answer; I spoke, but YOU did not listen; and YOU kept doing what was bad in my eyes, and the thing in which I took no delight YOU chose.””
--AS YOU have stated God is not a pervert to direct the abuses& obscenities of the world, Please note how James the half-brother of Jesus, explains God's view of evil and its works:
(James 1:13) “. . .When under trial, let no one say: “I am being tried by God.” For with evil things God cannot be tried nor does he himself try anyone.”

God doesn't "decide" people's destiny...they decide their own destiny through the good or bad choices they make throughout life. God KNOWS what choices they will ultimately make, but that's not the same as controlling those choices.
Child abuse is a sin! Jesus said, "But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and [that] he were drowned in the depth of the sea." Matthew 18:6.
God hates to see His little children abused and killed. But He has implemented a plan, that these children will see justice and eternal life. Very soon, sin and sinners, including child abusers and molesters, will be no more. The memory of abuse for these children will become a distant memory in the arms of Jesus, and in the New Earth to come.

We all have our own choices to make. God does not approve of child abuse. People say if you spank a child that is child abuse. It is not if done for punishment just like when a child place their little hand on a hot stove. They will remember not to do that again. I don't mean someone puts their hand there, they do it accidentally. Children need to learn from their mistakes. As I said there is a difference in punishment and abuse. God and all the Christians I know do not approve of it.

I 'm not a religious person but I do believe there is somekind of a God out there but I don't believe that it is God that writes our lifes story or has any control over the bad or good things what happen to us in our lives. What I do believe is that he gives us the strength to survive the terrible things which life may bestow upon like child abuse. I have suffered many bad things but each time I have been broken and knocked down I have arose a stronger person.

Its irrational when people claim that God gives free will, yet say he always knew our destiny. If thats true, why did he create all the unbelievers? By the way.... allot of them don't even know the definition of free will which saddens me.
1 : voluntary choice or decision
2 : freedom of humans to make choices that are not determined by prior causes or by divine intervention

"The book of Proverbs is a compendium of moral and religious instructionas given to Jewish youth by professional sages and includes much older material from the long tradition of such training in the wisdom deemed necessary for the good life." (The Oxford Annotated Bible)
Most people misinterpret the reference in the Bible that states "Spare the rod, spoil the child." It means that IF you spare the rod you WILL spoil the child.

Why do people always look for the bad in everything. I was abused, it made me a stronger person, kind and understanding to the pain and suffering of others, it taught me humility, true forgiveness and how to love my enemies. I feel blessed despite my suffering. The question is not why we suffer but how we respond to our trials.
