ok people i need ur help im not a major eater but i hate that diet crap what should i do to lose weight help me!!!!!!!
i really wanna look good in my school clothes when school starts which is the 20th and i only have a week to lose weight plz help me and im not good with diets

15 lbs in a week is DANGEROUS.

I cannot, cannot, CANNOT stress that enough to you.

You're also clearly very young, and have yet to grow into your body. Just healthy eating and regular exercise.... your body's at it's metabolic peak, you'll probably lose weight without even trying.

Losing 15 pounds in one week is insane! You could have a heart attack no matter what age you are by causing major nutritional deficiencies. Maybe, you should have thought about losing that much weight 5 weeks ago because that is how long it takes. The secret to losing weight is no secret- you need to burn more calories than you take in. Eat smaller portions this week, drink plenty of water, slow down on carbohydrates, and exercise. You will lose weight.

Don't try to lose that much weight in a week, it's unhealthy. Try to eat only veggies and work out and exercise. You can lose some weight in a week but in reality to lose a significant amount it will take longer.

That's very unlikely. Healthy weight loss is 2-4 lbs per week. Make sure you eat healthily and the pounds will start slipping off.. but don't starve yourself otherwise you'll end up developing some kind of eating disorder. 2-4lbs is fine.

Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy.

It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.

WOAH youll be lucky to lose that in 2months (and stay healthy) your gonna eather hurt yourself internally or plain out kill yourself
