I feel your pain. Don't let it discourage you from trying again though. I go through it too. Despite what others may think, it has nothing to do with will power. If you're female, it has everything to do with hormones. We can't control our appetite when our hormones are controlling it.
You know from eating healthy the past 6 months, that this is not a regular occurrence. Your hormones are going crazy right now but it doesn't mean it'll happen all the time. You've just got to get through this one. Don't beat yourself up. You're on the right track and you're making great progress. Thirty pounds is fantastic! Remember, a few weeks of binge eating won't erase the good you've already done the past 6 months. Hang in there.

Yes, you CAN stop eating. It is self control. It is all in your head. Have you tried exercising? Exercising helps control your hunger and they get rid of excess calories. Exercising and dieting go hand in hand. When you start exercising you will become more hungry, which is normal. That is because your body burns calories and it wants you to replace them. After a while you will stop being more hungry and you will eat less. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. You worked so hard to lose those many pounds. Do you want to start all over again? I don't think you do. I see that there are a lot of commercials that make people less hungry. I don't believe in those things. It is in your head. You don't need anything except for your determination. When you are really hungry even though you just ate an hour before try this. I am sure you experienced this once or twice before when it is in the middle of the night and all of a sudden you crave for this certain food form this certain restaurant. Unfortunately, the restaurant is like across the country. There is nothing you can do about it. So what do you do? You sulk and try to forget about it. It takes a few days for some people to forget it and it takes a few hours for the rest. But you will forget about it. We eat to live. We don't live to eat. Good luck!

Get out of the house and go do something. Doesn't have to involve exercise, but you would feel better after a walk. Spend a few hours away to remove the temptation. Go take a walk in the park or wherever you can relax and enjoy the outdoors. Take this time to plan your evening meal and meals for the next few days. Then when you go home, stick to it.

Drink water to help get rid of the hungryness.
Also, so that you can eat more, eat 4-6 smaller meals per day. This way, you are constently eating every 2-3 hours. This is a lot better for you too!

take a break more often so you don't splurge so. Get back on
track now. You know how tough it is to lose that much weight

Every meal is a new beginning. You haven't ruined it. Calm down and get control. Get out the house for a little bit, take a walk, get a new magazine, whatever you need to do. You can easily get back on track. Just breathe and take control. You can do it!

Throw all your junk food away or lock it somewhere. Then, remind yourself how you used to look like or how you dont ever want to look like and use that as your motive. When you get a craving, eat those fat free chips and go take a walk outside.

Heres a solution drink protein shakes or get a box of protein and put it in a smoothie it won't taste that bad its healthy and gets you full, don't eat stuff like chocolate chip cookies they won't fill you up, eat stuff with good amounts of protein.

chew gum and brush ur teeth a lot. when u've brushed, u can't eat 4 like 30 minutes unless u want ur food 2 taste weird. also, do what i did, make a pact w/ God. i promised b4 him 2 quit junk food, sweets and soda. now i don't have urges ne more
