Also, remember that movie, Dumb and Dumber, with Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels? There was this one part where he's like "wanna know what the most annoying sound is?" And he makes this awful screaming sound - that was annoying too.

That's situational.
In a movie or play, the sound of a cellphone.
On an airplane, it's the word "delay".
By candlelight, it's the word "no".
It just depends on where you are and/or who you are with.
