Although I have never done drumsticks in a geroge foreman grill, not sure how well that would work. The benefit of the Foreman grill is that it applies pressured heating elements to both side of the meat to grill it fast. Drumsticks however are not flat, so won't make complete contact to the whole drumstickm so not everything will cook evenly, but like I said I have never done them before, so you can give it a try. I would recommend though you try a marinade. Store bought is fine, or make your own.. Anything you season with on the outside may burn before cooking is complete...good luck, and let us know how they turned out, I would be interested..

Good all around spice blends are Tony's (in the green cardboard can) Cajun seasoning and Lawry's seasoned salt. I also love lemon pepper for chicken and pork. And of course, everything is better with a little salt and pepper. Rosemary is very good with chicken too.
For a marinade, you can try a blend of sesame oil, orange juice and fresh ginger. Serve with stir fry veggies and rice for a pretty easy Chinese inspired dinner.
Personally, with a Foreman, I think chicken breasts would grill up better than drumsticks, because the drumsticks are round.

Drumsticks on the George...interesting idea...probably will have to turn them though for even cooking.
Seasoning for a good drumstick on the George:
marinate chicken in the following for at least one hour
Salt
Pepper
Lime juice and rind
olive oil
balsamic vinegar
garlic, minced

Old Bay seasoning never lets me down, and you can use it on everything- fish, chicken, steak, hamburgers... yum!
If you want to marinate it, I like to marinate my chicken in a mix of soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and grated ginger for about an hour before grilling. It goes really well with rice and stir-fried veggies.
Good luck with the George!
