Is there a piece of Software that can be programmed to send hourly emails?

its for work but i has many application purposes, please help......all it would have to do is send a test email with the same headings every hour 24/7

well it can be with a use of a program and an exchange server.

Most of these programs used to send SPAMS though.

Microsoft Outlook has such a capability, though, and you can configure them for any different account.

Yea but most ISPs block this software since it is used for spam.
