Cut up raw cucumbers and put them in there. You will get a new jar of pickles. Seriously. It works.

My mom makes an awesome pasta salad with leftover pickle juice! You won't use it all, but a good portion.
Boil as much pasta as you want, then cook some carrots, broccili, and cauliflower until cooked but still a little crunchy..
then mix the pasta and veggies together, along with that sauce which is the picklejuice and some mayonaise..(we use Miracle Whip for the extra flavor), and a bit of dried mustard. Just mix it to taste..
then pour it on and mix it up! Sorry I forgot, we also cut up some sandwich meat ham and throw it in..this salad is soo good!
I also recommend making some extra sauce and keeping it in a separate container, the pasta tends to soak up alot of the sauce if you eat it over the course of a few days.

I actually keep some dill pickle juice on hand for things like deviled eggs and potato salad. I use just a little juice when mixing the yokes after mixing in the mustard and mayo. Not much so it's soupy but a bit to add flavor. Same thing for the potato salad.

Well, I don't know if the salt offsets the medicinal properties of vinegar, but vinegar is really a wonderful tonic for a lot of things.

It is a good thing to have in the fridge for the summer though, if you ever get dehydrated, the salt in pickle juice helps you restore your electrolytes, and the vinegar detoxes muscles if you are in heat exhaustion.

You can put peeled, boiled eggs in it and in a couple of days they are ready to eat. You can also slice up cucumber and carrot and onion chunks and put in it, although I like them better in the juice from canned hot peppers. They are great in warm corn tortillas with a little butter spread on. Just place inside, add a little salsa, roll up and eat as a snack or appetizer. I use a little pickle juice added to my tuna salad and potato salad too.

Bring it to a boil and pour over your favorite raw, hot peppers in a clean mason jar. Lid it up and stash in the refrigerator for a couple weeks. Enjoy
