When the speed limit is 55...what do you do if an SUV is on your bumper in the slow lane??

try to wave him around you, if he's being a prick, call your Highway patrol and report him, they'll come and give him a ticket. If you dont know Highway patrols# just call 911, It's alright, they wont get mad at you cause this guy who is "reckless driving" is endangering other motorists by driving at an unsafe speed. Thats why the limit is set to 55. Lastly, if you can SAFELY, just pull over and let him pass.

What is the question?
Are you asking for ways to get yourself killed.
Unless you are driving right now, and keying this into laptop via wifi, which is another way to get yourself killed
DWCU = Driving while computer using.
Then don't get into that situation.
Here's how I avoid it.
I keep an occasional eye to the rear (at least twice a block of driving, not quite as often on major highways) and if I see a tailgator, I gradually slow down.
I learned that we need to have 1 car length per 10 mph for safety. That's front and back. If we get too close, then slow down.
Ideally we need to be able to see the tires of the car in front and in back, that way we can see what maneuvers they about to make, any signalling they doing.
However, if you would prefer to live dangerously, then you need a weapon to be able to shoot or maim other drivers. There are several possibilities, but I would be contributing to your criminality if I was to spell out the details.

well if there are any other lanes to your right than move over to those lanes. If there are no lanes available to your right than let go of the gas and slow down and the SUV should pass you.
Dont tap your brakes or brake for no reason that is dangerous for everyone on the highway and just stupid.

One thing you can do is turn on your headlights on and off a couple of times if this is happening in the day time. This activates your tail lights which makes it look like you're slowing down and may lead the driver to pass you. Another idea is to change lanes and let them pass you and then return to the slow lane.

Slow down to 55 and let him go around you; since you're speeding, you and he are going to get tickets. It's better to let HIM be the only one who gets cited...good luck!

slow down to the speed limit, and make him pass. if they refuse to pass, call 911 and let them know what is going on, and that you slowed down to let them pass and they have refused to pass, and that you are afraid they might be stalking you.

legally....let off the gas, do not stomp the brakes like I know you wanna....and allow your car to slow down until hey go around you
