i woke up late and missed breakfat.. but then at 1 o clock i had some homeade soup..had like 8 glasses of water..then for dinner at 7 i had carrots broccoli brest of chicken.and mashed pototaoes. then at 8 i just had a roce cracker.?

What you ate was fine. But keep in mind by waking up late and missing breakfast you still missed on that boost of energy. Its great that you are keeping hydrated also! Maybe try fruit as a nighttime snack, your lacking a fruit for your dietary needs.

You should eat more like a man!I mean come on rice cracker!!!!Insted of a RICE CRACKER have half of a chicken sandwhich!!!!

No that's not alot to eat in one day. And actually if you would have eaten breakfast it still wouldn't have been alot. Your dinner sounded delicious too!

It doesn't matter how much,it's satisfying your metabolism.Skipping meals can be worse than eating.Especially if you are trying to lose fat.
