If you bought it from a retailer and the product is within it 12 month warranty, you have the right to return it to where you purchased it, for a replacement, repair or a refund. This is your rights under the consumer law act.

Call them - ask for their policy on faulty items within warranty!

Chances are you will need to return it to where you bought it - Sale Of Goods Act generally states you return to place of purchase.

Take it back to the shop and demand a replacement, or even better demand a full refund.
Do not accept a repair. The goods are not fit for the purpose for which they
were purchased.

when you purchased it, you should have also recieved with it it paperwork, details on what to do if there are any problem.

Contact retailer where you purchased it from or the manufacturer.

You should be able to find details on the internet if you go to the manufacturers website.

Good luck..
