It tells you the pressures of each individual cylinder as you crank the engine and I'll bet you one is "flat". You should also be able to hear the slight "huffing" from the oil fill cap. Crank case pressure isn`t being relieved or oil is over filled. Replace pcv valve and clean oil fill cap cause some do have vent holes
