There is the osx86 project for running osx on a pc.

Not sure how well it runs on a pc though.

Use Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 (Free virtualization software), then you can run Windows and OSX (or any other OS) at the same time -- on the same screen

Technically speaking, you can't.

However, there is a way to make mac think it is on apple's system. This is through the use of an emulator, and requires you have a license for the Mac system.
