So, I battled anorexia for a few years. People still say I'm too skinny. I'm not sure if what I eat is normal. Oftentimes I feel really fat, although deep inside I know that I'm not. A typical day would be a wholewheat bagel with soy milk, then an apple, then something for lunch like a homemade pizza on wholewheat pita bread, then a snack of like triscuits and cheese, and then dinner. Maybe some yogurt after that. That seems normal to me. But do most people eat more than that? I don't know, because a lot of my friends are pretty chunky so I don't go by what they eat.

Thanks!!!

Oh,and also I'm 5'4" or 5'5" and 110-115. It doesn't sound that skinny but I guess I look thinner than I am.

No, the reason you feel that you eat too little is because your eating habits are perfectly healthy in a society that's not. The reason you feel overweight even though your weight is perfectly normal is because you're probably not used to not being underweight. I recommend clicking on the link below and taking the 5-second examination to confirm that your stature of 5'4" and 110 pounds is normal and healthy.

Sounds like to me! I may have a little more around breakfast time and a few extra fruits/veggies though.

It wouldn't hurt to eat more :] But you don't eat too much. Or too little.
