Yes! Even potatoes are OK. Just eat loads of fruits & veggies. They have so much fiber, that if you overdose on them, your body will just push them out your bowels, quickly. Of course, make them part of a well-balanced diet, with milk products, grains, and protein, too...

dont eat soo much fruit and veg a day that will make u gain wait follow the food pyramid. It shows u how may servings u should have a day. And its not bad to have 1 or 2 snacks a day. Maybe run around the block everyday then u could lose some wait.

Since fruits can be high in sugar you shouldn't eat too many, but it's better than eating too much of almost anything else!

Eat as much f&v as you like...even though fruit contains fructose (fruit sugar) it is simple sugar and breaks down easily. Good luck with the diet!!!

Yes, in almost unlimited amounts. Especially veg. Be wary of sweet potatoes and grapes. Their calorie count is higher than you think.
