Do you have faith in Christ?
Do you read the Bible?
have you been born of the Spirit?

Consider this promise of Jesus Christ:

"Whoever has my commands and obeys them, he is the one who loves me. He who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love him and show myself to him."
Then Judas (not Judas Iscariot) said, "But, Lord, why do you intend to show yourself to us and not to the world?"
Jesus replied, "If anyone loves me, he will obey my teaching. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him. He who does not love me will not obey my teaching. These words you hear are not my own; they belong to the Father who sent me.
"All this I have spoken while still with you. But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you."

John 14:21-26

I for one can solemnly testify to you that His word is true. I habitually experience God's presence in my life.

Church isn't that wonderful. Although it is good to have fellowship with other Christians, I believe that the church isn't setting a good example of Christianity in the world today. Although I still go to church, I wouldn't attened to any other then my own.
It is completely okay if you don't want to go to church. You can still be close to God.
I am so encouraged that you are fasting and praying! Keep it up, it is definitely rewarding. And don't worry-God will answer you when the time is right.
Blessings to you!

He loves you and is always there for you no matter what. Even if He does not feel close He is still there. He loves it when you talk to him and want to be like Him. There is nothing that you can do to stop Him from loving you. The reason He wants us to go to church is so that we can be encouraged by one another. There is something special that happens when we all come together and worship Him in unison. Maybe you have not found the church you like. Just ask Him to show you the way, He will. He loves you alot.

Depends probably on your reason. I am very Christian. But I'm also epileptic. So I can't drive and can't get to church. I read my Bible every day, pray during the day, study the Bible, what ever I can. There are some places that will even mail you Bible studies for free.
The question is - are you serious about God and Jesus?

I agree with cj I do go to church sometimes and It is mostly because the people in my church are gossips and talk about you behind your back while you are sitting right there, so my church is in my heart, and my husband told me one time 3 or more gathered in his name, so most of the time on Sunday morning, my children are here, but actually I do believe Saturday is the Holy day and most of my children come by then.

I don't think God is worried about whether or not you go to a church; God is everywhere, after all, and a part of all things, including YOU. I believe that God answers all prayers, but that doesn't mean he's always going to say "yes." Wherever you are, wherever you pray, I believe God is there, and hears you.

Yes. Churches don't own God.

God is always close to us....but obedience brings a blessing..
The word of God tells us to go to church and we should.
Find a good bible Church to go to..you will be blessed.

P.S.some "ideas" we have might not line up with what the word of God clearly tells us..

Sure He can. Read the Bible. Let Him speak to you through that. Pray to Him. Listen. He is there and loves you.

Have a good day!

You don't need to attend church for God to answer your prayers or to hear you when you give thanks, or just say your prayers aloud or silently, as long as you keep him in your life.
