That will depend on what you're doing afterward. If you're being sent to ATD (Apprenticeship Training Department), you'll get leave after that before you're sent to your first duty station, or, you'll get leave after completion of 'A' school.
Others might know more because things have changed quite a bit since I went through, but you can even check with your local recruiter, they will be able to give you the info on what you need to know. Hope this helps anyway, good luck to you shipmate!

The best thing for you to do is to plan on not being able to take leave until after boot camp and your "A" school. Usually you will have leave while traveling to your permanent duty station. It will also be helpful to to find out where your command will be. Will they be at home, deployed or on a small detachment? You don't want to take the time to go get your car and other belongings and your command is at sea for the next 6 months.

The different branches of the military probably have a Standard Operating Procedure regarding leave after basic training. I don't know it the Navy has Advanced Infantry Training (Army) or an Infantry Training Regiment (Marines), but generally speaking they all allow about 1 to 2 weeks leave after training and before reporting to duty wherever you are assigned.

Usually after boot camp, you are sent immediately to your next training command, either A school or apprenticeship training. If you do not get leave during that time, you should get leave during going to your permanent duty station.
If you want your car, you can drive it to your new command. But some bases are very crowded and parking is a problem, especially during sea duty and a lot of ships (or just one carrier) are in port at the same time.

You may or may not get home after basic. That's up to the navy. As for your car, just forget it.
You don't need a car if you're on a ship.
