Defidently, Mine used to run around in it for exercise and when i cleaned his cage! Its fun to watch them too, just dont kick the ball unless you want your hamster to be a little dizzy!

I think every hamster should have one of those balls. They get a lot of exercise and seem to have a lot of fun in it. My hamster even used to follow me around the house in her ball. Just make sure that you block off the stairs or anywhere else that your hamster could get into trouble, and make sure the cat and dog are put away, because that is just too scary for your hamster to see this huge furry predator hanging over them or pushing them around with their nose.

Yes they do. My hamsters run around in the exercise balls at least.

I've never had any hamsters, but yeah they run around the house in the ball so they don't get lost under the floor, or somewhere else, also it gives them exercise...and protection. especially if you have cats as well!

yes each of my hamsters has it's own exercise ball and they love it, they get an hour a night to run free!

Yep its always handy for me because i dont like to leave my hamster stuck in its cage all day so i take it out and let it play for about 1/2- 1 hour. good for exercise too.

yes a hampsters needs to exercise daily and the ball is a good way to make sure they get that otherwise they will sleep all the time and will end up dying from a heartattack anymore questions i can answer them to i have had hampsters all my life
