has anyone claimed compensation for a fractured ankle if so how much you get because through no fault of my own thats whats happened and the company responsible have even admited liabillity.

Special Damages loss of earnings additional expenses if any ie taxi to hospital (get and keep receipts) Cost of clothing if was damaged as a result of the accident. This is quantifiable ( if you are self employed proving loss of earnings is more difficult. Then you have General damages (pain and suffering) this is not as great as you are hoping for.
There could be an award for continuing disablement but I would suggest this is unlikely. Talk to your solicitor he will have a good idea but may be reluctant to quantify for obvious reasons

well my mum claimed, wasnt quite for a fractured ankle, it was a touch more serious, company admitted they were responsible and altogether she recieved £98,000 in damages, but this was only because she wasnt able to work again due to damages caused.
