If i get a permit to carry a concealed deadly weapon, and in such case am forced to draw it and shoot a person below the waist (leg for example), will I be held liable for attempted murder or hospitable bills, etc.??? Remember, this person decides to attack me while I have my gun drawn on him.

Maybe if you live in California LOL. All states have laws which outline Justifiable Use of Lethal Force. These laws protect individuals who LEGALLY possess weapons and use them for the purpose of self defense. Your state will have a website where you can view the text of these laws.

Yes.
whenever you present a weapon, the presumed intent is to stop a deadly attack upon yourself or others by using deadly force yourself. the purpose of a weapon is to stop the attack or threat.
Even if the courts find that you were not breaking the law [''righteous shoot''], you may still suffer under civil penalties on charges brought by the one you shot, or his family.

There shouldn't be gun laws. If students had been permitted to carry guns at VTech, there would have been a lot less than 30 people dead.
