There are no foods that make you taller. Height is determined by genetics. It always helps to eat foods rich in calcium and Vitamin D like dairy products to support bone health, but no food will make you taller.

Lol if there is such a thing, let me know--I could use about 3 more inches in height. Unfortunately height is heriditary. If you have eaten a normal healthy diet most of your life--thats all you can do.

i have no idea, but one summer when i was like 12, i was madly adicted to mocha almond fudge ice cream, eating a carton every three days! that summer i grew a lot! it was so weird, but i also gained like ten pounds. good thing i have slimmed down a little bit or i would be a PORKER. hahaha

Dairy products will help your bones grow if your growth plates haven't closed (they close when you go through puberty) After that, you're stuck at the height you have.
