I want to put some blue highlights in my dirty blonde hair, but I only want them to be temporary. on t v they used to have comercials for a machine that put highlights in and they washed out the next time you washed your hair, but i forgot what the thing was called. does anyone know what its called or something i can use?

You just need what we call "Hair mascara." You can get it at Sallys, some Claires, and some Hot Topics.
