I recently had laproscopic surgery and I was left with 2 little areas that had stitches. The Dr. removed the stitches and now I am left with 2 nasty little scabby areas. I know not to pick at them but everytime I have to look at them I almost get physically ill.
Is there anything I can do to promote their healing?
Thanks soooo much for any advice!!

Clean the area, cover it with antibiotic ointment and then a bandage. That will keep you from picking at it.
Never do that or you'll make the mark stay.

After washing the area, put some Vitamin E Oil on it and cover with a bandaid. The Vitamin E Oil is a very good healing agent and helps to prevent scars. The bandaid will keep clothing form absorbing the oil and keep it on the affected area longer. Will also keep you from picking at the scabs!

Tea tree cream or Vitamin E oil will help with healing and also prevent scarring.

And don't look at them!
