The bible says that what is impossible to men is possible with God.
I have witnessed God doing some of the most impossible things that does seem impossible to people.

God has NEVER said anything about being able to do the possible and impossible. You are asking questions at human level. Since no one has ever seen God or heard from Him, we don't know how, what, where, and when He thinks.

God can't do the impossible. This is a semantic argument - by definition, anything that can be done is labelled "possible." You are really asking, "If God can do something, can we still call that thing 'impossible'?"

You actually should lose the bracketed "that is possible" because all of their Abrahamic religions dating back to the ancient Hebrews say God can do Anything and present it as an absolute.
Anybody who says that God can not lie is stating a Heresy that was punishable by death until as recently as 1740 for sure. It was considered to be blasphemy.
In fact until 1740 almost _any_ question about God was punishable by death.

Nothing is Impossible with GOD, UNLESS GOD Limits Himself through CONTRACTS.
If GOD Said that HE would never step on the Moon for 1000 Years, HE won't do it. For a Thousand Years.

well, if anything is possible with god, then nothing is impossible. So, therefore, god can do anything that is possible, which is everything, because nothing is impossible, according to the first statement. so you CAN have it both ways! ...

There is no contradiction. Try to remember your set theory from 5th grade math.
Set A = all the things it is possible for God to do.
Set B = all the things it is impossible for God to do.
The two sets are disjoint.
Set B is the null set (empty).
Does this help?

It is both ways
God can do anything and can do the impossible. But generally speaking, when it comes to the physical universe.God does things that are within the limits of real physical science.Naoh's flood had real science behind.Just that previously such thing was probably considered impossible.

this is a really interesting subject to me. I have had questions about it for a long time. I read a book on Process Theology Called Omnipotence and other theological Mistakes by Charles Hartshorne. Brilliant!!! I'm Jewish and he is of a Christian faith. It transcends All religion barriers. It presents a new way of thinking about the subject.

I think theists are usually referring to rational impossibility, such as 1 + 1 = 7 or square circle.
