ok im on a diet im 27 5'7 and 223 pounds i want to try to incorperate fish into my diet, i have never been a seafood lover so this is kinda like a little test for me. i bought a george foreman grill and it works great for other products, what type of fish can i eat thats good for my diet and i can make on my grill, also that doesnt take too much prep time thankz. i love grilled chicken but i heard fish is also good so i wanna try it. what do you guys think?

it must be cooked on the george foreman grill, i dont have time to make it on a regular grill thankz

listen to the asian man! grill the fish outside! eat salmon to tilapia. no cat fish. do you like shrimp? they're very very tasty. don't use george foreman grill.

Ohh grilled salmon in the George is yummy! Try king prawns too - they only take seconds.

numerous ways to cook fish on grill
My favorite is to wrap in foil, garnished with favorite seasonings, and watch closely...fish cooks in minutes..careful not to overcook..if it is "tough" it is overcooked.
visit supermarket that has fresh fish section
most any filet will do...I do not like to mess with the bones

I think you should try it. try samon aswell or salmon.
