A plexus is a nerve network connection. There are many such plexuses in the body. Are you referring to the solar plexus which is located just beneath the diaphragm in the midline? In any case, I don't think there is anything specific to be done except rest, don't do again whatever bruised it to begin with, and wait. Sorry.
