It is not 'ink'. The DYE packs actually explode. Not only will it take you a long time to remove the dye from your skin and clothing, the money is PERMANENTLY marked as stolen. Even after the trail, the bank will have to send the currency to the Federal Reserve for replacement.

BrutalBaby is only partially kidding. Dye packs actually can cause burns.

It burns a hole right through you! Just kidding. It just marks you as the "spot." I've heard they have those on fire alarms now too, don't know if it's true or not though.

it marks you ,and you cant wash it off,its a way to identify ya...........
