It also does not mention black holes or amoeba. What the point?

b. A holy language certainly above anything we would understand.

c. God did not force, Jesus volunteered. The Bible mentions how much Jesus cared for humans and the desire to glorify his Father.

The bible doesn't mention dinosaurs because it isn't a cumulation of historical events, rather the scriptures are allegoric. Early church father Origen writes:

“Scripture contains an unhistorical element in-woven with the history, in order that the worthlessness of the latter may drive us to seek the spiritual meaning”

“Where the word found that things done according to the history could be adapted to these mystical senses, he made use of them concealing from the multitude the deeper meaning; but where in the narrative of the development of super-sensual things, there did not follow the performance of those certain events which were already indicated by the mystical meaning, the scripture interwove in the history the account of some event that did not take place, sometimes what could not have happened; sometimes what could but did not.”

Your question of B is rather silly, but this is what happens when you try to make God into a man. God is a impersonal force made personal through you. And in regards to free will, you are under the illusion of free will. Your life is very much controlled and patterned until you gain consciousness. Your life is pre planned by your soul self and every choice you would or think to make the soul self already knows it and its has already been lived out.

Peace

A). While it's not a science book (it is a history of man and even SCIENCE agrees MAN did NOT co-exist with Dinosaurs) it does say on Day 5 God Created the Large Beasts of the Earth. On Day 6 the more common and smaller beasts were created.

B). Universal. Everyone understands God.

C). God can mess with free will if God wants to, but then we'd be puppets. God wants us to decide for ourself. Even Jesus had that choice.

At this point, I have these thoughts regarding my own understanding (don't work for everyone, and why should they?)

1) The word "dinosaur" was coined in 1841 by Richard Owen, who lived long after the Bible was written, not to mention long after the events described. Most species (another human concept used to facilitate classification) of animals were not mentioned in the Bible, at least not with words readily recognizable to us. Certainly the Biblical environment contained animals, plants, geographical features, etc. that went unmentioned; Scripture doesn't seem to provide a definitive, exhaustive catalogue for Eden, like a zoo/museum exhibit.
There are some words, apparently referring to creatures, which have been rendered into what I'll call "mystery terms"---whale/leviathan, etc.

2)the one of the listener's origin (note I didn't say country); that which is most fully comprehended by the listener---not necessarily a spoken/written language

3)according to scriptural accounts this was an acceptance of pervasive divine will, not subjugation to force; see garden of Gethsemane

A. I think dinosaurs came before biblical times.

B. That is unknown. Because at one point God made every man and his family speak a different language. Also, the Holy Spirit has language of its own. (the Holy Spirit is the spirit of God)

C. God can control us, but he has given us the gift of free will. Jesus was not forced to die for us, but he chose to do it as recommended by God.

dinosaurs weren't discovered or even known of when the bible was compiled, so naturally it wouldn't be in there....as well as Internet and cars. But there is mention of what could be interpreted as dinosaurs...but it is hard to say for sure.

“Look at the behemoth, which I made along with you and which feeds on grass like an ox. What strength he has in his loins, what power in the muscles of his belly! His tail sways like a cedar; the sinews of his thighs are close-knit. His bones are tubes of bronze, his limbs like rods of iron. He ranks first among the works of God…” (Job 40:15-19)

God would not have spoken any language, he'd have directly thought the words into peoples minds. But if he did have to speak, God would speak ancient hebrew most likely, or maybe arabic. Or perhaps even Akkadian.

he didn't have to force Jesus, he went on his own.

C. God did not force Jesus into dying on the cross. Jesus knew it was the will of His Father to do so. This is supported by Jesus' last spoken word...It is finished.

a. Because the Bible deals with Gods dealings with His children. It wasn't meant as the end all be all of historical references.
b. His own. All of us spoke it until the confounding of the languages at the tower.
c. Jesus choose to go to the cross. Remember in the garden...he asked if this cup to be taken from him...but not his will but the Fathers be done.

Well, there is a passage in which some people claim is a discription of a dinosaur. God speaks in all languages, but we probably couldn't understand or hear his, (too holey or something) and He didn't force Jesus, Jesus died for us. How's that for an atheist?
