hi...frnd...
u can get application tthru postoffice...but it got many formalities n procedurs to undergo...so its quite better to go to DISTRICT POLICE SUPERDIENT OFFICE, where thr is a seperate department will guide u to pass thru that procedures. an agent is there with smal amt of commision tkae careof ur work .
