Start with the square sliced bagel bread, top it with your choice of sauce( alfredo, pasta, pizza), thawed grilled chicken pieces,mild peppers, diced onions and some shredded provolone or mozzarella. Stick it in a toaster oven for a full toast cycle 5 on a Hamilton Beach. use each half of the bagel by the way( like french bread pizza)

Sounds excellent to me! I'd mix some pesto into the alfredo sauce. Mmmm. Pesto pizza is always good.
