there are loan sharks out there who probably will loan you money. the downside is that you will have an very high interest rate and probably a hard time paying the money back.
maybe you can clear up your credit first bevor you contemplate to get a loan

usually a co-signer is the last resort, other than borrowing from your own savings account, getting a part-time job, getting a second or third job to pay for that, or, doing without for a while longer.
