Trim the stems. Remove any wilted or damaged leaves and blanch in boiling water 3-4 minutes. Drain and cool before bagging and freezing

Trim the bad or damaged leaves from the sprouts and cut off the bottom, then pop into boiling salted water and boil rapidly for three Min's , immerse in ice cold water immediately . leave to cool then freeze in bags or what ever you normally do. Bon Appetite.
