If we allow or tolerate religious views and allow those belongers to act on their views that include killing anyone who is not of their views for not belonging, wouldn't that threaten civilization unless everyone joined or that religious organization and it's members were imprisoned or dealt with so that they give up their war against humanity?
And if the religious group only says that they need to suppress those who do not belong, withholding privilige and making the oppressed much less afluent, could that lead to violent outbreaks at sometime in the future over those differences, like it did in Germany in WWII with Hitler?

Keith, you think we should tolerate religions that profess that they should kill us if we don't agree with them? Are you insane?

If you ask me, traditional Christianity should be on it's way out! It is not any perfect thing. It is cold and callous at times unless they have some actors.
I don't like the killing that is going on either. But evidently this is what we wanted life to be like before we were born.
